Taskit247 is a freelance marketplace designed to connect clients with freelancers efficiently. Here’s how to get started:

  • Create an Account: Sign up as a freelancer or client via the registration page. Provide accurate details, including your email and, for freelancers, a PayPal email for payments.
  • Complete Your Profile: Add skills, portfolio items, and a bio in your profile settings to attract clients or find suitable gigs.
  • Browse or Post Gigs: Clients can search for gigs in the search page, while freelancers can create gigs from their seller dashboard.

Managing Gigs and Orders

Learn how to create, manage, and complete gigs or orders effectively:

  • Creating a Gig (Freelancers): From your seller dashboard, click "Create Gig" to list your services. Include clear descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Placing an Order (Clients): Find a gig, review the freelancer’s profile, and place an order directly. Communicate requirements clearly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Status: Track orders in your buyer dashboard (clients) or seller dashboard (freelancers). Statuses include Pending, In Progress, Delivered, and Completed.
  • Delivering Work: Freelancers can mark orders as delivered from the seller dashboard. Clients can review and accept delivery or request revisions.

Handling Disputes

We strive to maintain a fair marketplace. If issues arise, our dispute resolution process is here to help:

  • Raising a Dispute: Clients can raise disputes for In Progress orders, and freelancers can do so for In Progress or Delivered orders within 7 days of the delivery deadline. Use the "Raise Dispute" button in your dashboard.
  • Resolving Disputes: Access open disputes via the disputes page. Propose solutions, such as revisions or refunds, and communicate directly with the other party.
  • Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved, escalate it to our support team for mediation.

Payments and Commissions

Taskit247 facilitates secure payments while keeping transactions direct:

  • Setting Up Payments: Freelancers must add a PayPal email or Razorpay account ID in their profile settings to receive payments.
  • Paying for Gigs: Clients pay freelancers directly via PayPal or Razorpay. Taskit247 does not store payment details.
  • Commissions: Freelancers are responsible for platform commissions. Pay outstanding commissions via your seller dashboard to avoid account restrictions.

Why is my account restricted?

Accounts may be restricted due to unpaid commissions exceeding $500 or overdue feedback (2+ orders over 30 days old). Check your seller dashboard for details and resolve outstanding issues.

Use the messaging system in your dashboard to communicate directly with the other party after placing or accepting an order.
